Saturday, February 11, 2017, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Barringer Road School
Please fill out all 3 registration forms listed below (player registration, medical release and parent code of conduct) if you are a new OR returning player. We will have forms available at sign-ups if you are unable to print documents. Also, bring a copy of the player’s birth certificate.
Cost for Registration:
Single Player: $50
Family (2- players): $70
Additional Child: $15
Family – immediate family only ie: siblings
Raffle Ticket Options Per Player:
Each player will be given two options.
Option 1: Pay $30.00 on registration day. Player will receive 6 raffle tickets to sell. Sell the tickets, keep the proceeds, and turn in the ticket stub on the raffle turn in date. Raffles will be drawn during the opening ceremonies.
Option 2: Pay $20.00 on registration day as a buyout. No need to sell tickets.
If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out volunteer form and have your driver’s license available at sign-ups. (Please note that there are two different volunteer forms for returning or new volunteers).
